System Functionality

The system provides:

• automatic parameters measurement and their comparison with permissible values;
• instruction delivery to an operator;
• self-control mode;
• results documenting in the form of reports.

Parameters measurement algorithms conform to technical instructions on checking wire measurement instrumentation. Software runs under Windows 95, 98 and includes the operator interface, testing system and results documenting.

Usage of the international standard IEEE 488 provides an opportunity to reconfigure the system according to the specific measurement procedures.

The system is installed at the "Electro-Communications" public corporation in Rostov region.
