Business Challenges

A client required the development of adaptable ordering system. Specifications included implementation of building interior visual modeling and description of customer's requests. It was also necessary to develop system using client-server technology. The client application had to be developed on the HTML browser basis. One of the most important features was the module structure design that allowed easy and quick integrate new modules for working with data. For instance, designing modules for windows, walls, floors, etc. On the initial stage the system was devoted to flat interior designing but then the task was extended. This allowed our specialists create a flexible system for interaction with customers. At the same time one of the task was implementation of real customer communication with the company that provides services.

Summary

At the completion of our development we have created the operable system of interactive orders generation. With the help of this system a customer can not only order products but also view them within the flat interior. In case of any problems with interior generating he/she can always consult via Internet with voice support system or refer to the ordering service.
